Information You Provide To Us
We collect your personal information when you decide to interact with us and submit personal information to us using the contact options provided on the Website. You can also provide us with personal information via email, post and telephone / mobile. The types of personal information we may collect include:

Retention Of Personal Information
We will keep your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We will not keep more information than we need for those purposes. We apply criteria to determine the appropriate retention period for personal information depending on its purpose, nature and sensitivity and any retention periods required by applicable laws and regulations. For example, where you or the entity you represent maintain an ongoing relationship with us, we may retain personal information for the duration of that relationship and for up to ten (10) years after the relationship ends in order to maintain records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and to respond to regulatory requests or inquiries. Capacity
The Website are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or such higher age as may be required by applicable law) without parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under the applicable age threshold, we will delete that information.

Swiss Residents. G Squared maintains an office in Zurich, Switzerland. Where the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (the “FADP”) applies to our processing of your personal information, G Squared Equity Management LP is the controller of personal information collected through this Website; that information may be processed in the United States and other countries, and, where required, we implement safeguards recognized under the FADP for such transfers.
